Each guest is required to make their own reservation.
A $5.00 Booking fee is required for all online reservations.
A $10.00 non-refundable deposit is required for any reservation up to 6 days.
Please call for reservations 7 days or more.
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required for any reservation 7 days or more.
These deposits are applied to your reservation, but should you cancel they are non-refundable.
Pheasant Ridge RV Resort Will Not Refund or give credit for early departure.
Damage caused by you or someone in your party will be chargedto your account or credit card.
