Registering with BookYourSite enables us to re-use your contact information each time you reserve a site with our booking system. Information like your address, membership information (eg. CAA/AAA), and your preferences for park amenities can be saved. In addition, after registering with BookYourSite you have the option of receiving promotional information from the parks about upcoming specials and events.
If you do not choose to pay the locking fee, the park reserves the right to place you on any site of the same type (or above). Customers are still able to make requests for areas of the park, but they are not guaranteed. If you are reserving as part of a group please indicate the names of all other families in your party in the "notes" area. We will keep all members of your party as close together as possible, given the park's availability at the time of your booking and site types chosen by the group members.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 30 days before check in you can receive a full refund, 14 days a 75% refund, and 7 days a 50% refund. Any refund provided is for the total amount of the reservation. Any outstanding balance will be charged minus the refunded amount. Each canceled reservation will incur a $5 dollar cancellation fee. $10 fee for canceled online reservations.
Electrical boxes and water are at the FRONT (or near the front) in between sites. Sewer for full hookups is about HALFWAY down the middle of every 2 sites. Please plan accordingly.
Choosing a specific campsite via online booking does NOT ensure that site. The only way to ensure a specific site is to call or email our office. We do our best to accommodate specific site requests, but nothing is guaranteed without confirmation from our office.

Quiet Hours
From 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. we ask that noise be at a minimum. If you choose to have a fire or linger outside your tent, RV, room, cabin etc. keep loud voices to a minimum. Please respect other guests. If the office receives complaints you may be asked to leave.
Smoking
There is no smoking in any motel rooms or cabins, per Michigan law. If smoking evidence is found in any room or cabin the customer will be charged $100.00.
Damage to Room, Cabin, Property
Any excessive damage to room, cabin, or property will result in a fine of up to $300.00.
Pets
Your pet is your responsibility. They should be leashed at all times. Please pick up after them, and dispose of waste in the dumpsters by Clubhouse. Pets should not be left unattended – this includes inside campers, motel rooms, cabins etc. Excessive barking complaints could result in being asked to leave the property.
