| Amazing Vistas

Park reopened in 2013, lots of new trees, parked on cliff over looking valley- Beautiful. Gravel roads and pads - level. Shuttle to town to all activities - Went On Zip Line - Woot-Woot!

| Good campground in the right weather...

We stayed in mid-September and had to deal with a lot of rain. Our pull-thru spot was surprisingly level with good access to the bathrooms and showers. Satellite tv reception was easily obtained. Also, the WiFi was steady and the signal quite strong. The scenic views of Whistler Valley provided spectacular panoramic vistas. On a somewhat negative note, however, our only weekend was marred by quad vehicles racing in and out of the campground, totally ignoring the posted speed limit. Other than this slight hiccup, our stay was most pleasant.

Yes there are permies in the park in the front but we were lucky enough to be put at the back of the park. Not a soul around! We sat in the sun and enjoyed the million dollar view. Haven't used the services as we have what we need in our trailer. Did I mention the view?!?!?

The only thing this park has going for it is the view off the backend. The park is riddled with permanent residents and their junky set ups. The amount of structures in this campground is ridiculous! Several spots had an average of 4 vehicles out front at all times. The bathrooms were horribly filthy with hair clogging the drains, not too mention that they're very far away from the majority of the sites. There isn't much for the kids to do. They did have a run down wiffle golf course set up throughout the woods. It's in pretty bad shape. The road throughout the campsite is blasted with massive pot holes. The amazing thing is that they actually had the gravel there to fill it and nobody was doing a thing. We had 5 days paid for and ended up leaving after 4. The Wifi is super slow and we kept getting disconnected. The motorcyles and atvs were buzzing around, but they weren't a nuisance. The park was quiet at night. Usually I am not one to complain and we've RV'd A LOT and seen a lot of bad places. This was definitely a major let down. Rv Parky doesn't show all of the other campgrounds around that area so before you book, definitely do your research and look around at some of the campgrounds in Squamish and Pemberton if you're desiring to be in the Whistler area.

Smaller sites, but beautiful views. Quite a few permanent residents. Ok laundry room and decent facilities. We stayed in a back pull through site and it was easy to level the trailer and it was a quiet area. A few walking trails. Easy drive to Whistler village from the RV park.

Reception was friendly and the sites are easy to access. The RV sites have good views over the valley and space between them but there is nothing between them, looks a bit bare. Amenities were clean but the showers are quite far away from some of the RV sites. Was nice and quiet at night!
