We were vendors at the Kerrville folk festival and were misinformed at every possible moment, so the day we arrived, a monday, there was no spot for us for the 18 days, except get camping and then. We were informed that we cannot have our 2 dogs, they suggested a place for $150. For a 10x5 outdoor space with chicken wire but we would go feed and walk. I was ready to pack up and leave. Frantically, we used rv parky and called every rv park wihin 10 miles and came across triple t, we got the monthly rate for $395 plus electric $100 deposit then they refund you what is not used. There is a pool, hot tub, large rv spaces. We have a motor home truck and cargo trailer and no problem with all on site, laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers at $1.50 rack load. There are bathrooms with showers, these are not men's or womens, but each room with toilet sink and shower, and spotless clean during our stay, there is a main lodge, with big screen tv, pool table and ping pong table all free to use, very big and spacious and clean, if needed there is a meeting room, with kitchen for use, some books and puzzles. Each rv site includes wifi, and cable, along with sewer, water and electric, there are longhorns along the side, you can buy a bag of feed for $1.00. To feed them, for the price it is well worth it, they do take good Sam as well for shorter atays
The place was very nice. Big pull thrus, our #20 was perfectly leveled. They have a huge clubhouse with big tv screen, pool table, ping pong... They also have a hot tub and pool. There's also a little sport center which has everything you need. Laundry was clean and washers and dryers are 1.50$. Their restrooms and showers are big and spotless. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
