Good activities for kids. Busy campground with lots of kids on bikes. Very dusty campground with no asphalt and many potholes, deep ones. Glad it didn't rain during the stay, this place would be a mud bowl. Good wifi, poor cable at $5.00 per day. Save your money and bring DVDs. Priced as a resort but really only a rough campground.
This campground offers a lot to keep the kids busy. And the facilities look nice. It's the sort that the wife and I look for, a good amount of trees in a quiet location. Really, our only issue was with our site, lot #14. We selected one of the deluxe sites, which was $60/night. The site is a pull-through, which helps. But there are trees that make it tight pulling a 30-ft. camper in and out. After setting up, I noticed there was no cable hookup, even though it is listed as a cable site. When I asked at the front desk, the man said something about some of the sites having the cable ripped out. There was no remedy offered, not even a "sorry." I dont go camping to watch TV, but if I'm paying for it, I'd like to have it. I do like watching at night or morning. Good luck if you've reserved one of the orange sites. Update: Employees came by our campsite and expressed their concern about our stay. They were very accommodating and made things right. I appreciate their efforts.
