Friendly owner, revitalizing grounds
By user-5831166... on 2017-10-23.
Great 2 night stay. Owner very friendly and helpful. He's working hard to clean up the park and get maintenance caught up. Looks great. Everything clean, brand new washer and dryer (2 each, each cost 175), dog walking area includes pet waste station. Bathrooms older but clean. Easy pull thru spots, very long. Each pair of sites are side-by-side, but the grassy areas in between are wide with nice grass and trees. $26/nt. Nothing fancy, but would definitely stay again. Very quiet, no riff-raff ;)
** Easy 15 miles south of Rolla, just off hwy 63. **
We called ahead, no answer so left message. Owner returned call about 30-45 min later.

Under New Management
By user-6150641... on 2017-10-23.
This quite Campground approx 15 south of Rolla of Hwy 63. Owners and camp host are nice and helpful. This isn't a KOA, just a well. Maintained Campground. Shower and laundry are clean, plenty of trees and birds. Pet friendly. Fire rings and fire wood are provided upon request. No tent camping.

Good overnight spot

Highway noise wasn't too bad and there are no trains so fairly quiet small park. Excellent free wifi at our site (#6). Two washers and two dryers at $1.75 each but no place to fold or hang dried clothes. Hubby says showers are good. The website said sites are $24 nightly after Sept. 15 but the employee told me that's wrong. She said sites are $30 but the owner said we could have it for $28. We compromised at $26 but I still feel that I was overcharged. This is an excellent park for $24 ($26 during summer IF the pool is open) but not worth $30 nightly. It's 15 minutes south of Rolla.

Not a happy camper
By user-5801571... on 2017-10-23.
Cost is $24. Phone number is wrong. New owner. Can't tell you what bathrooms, laundry room or office is like doors were locked. Not much room between campers. Dog next door barking 24/7. Would not recommend.

Wrong number
By user-5790385... on 2017-10-23.
When I pressed "call" from this app, I got a wrong number. The woman who answered apparently gets a lot of these calls and told me to go to their website to get the correct phone number.

Not in Rolla!
By user-5775621... on 2017-10-23.
We didn't actually stay here because the website address says it's in Rolla MO but the google map directions say it's in Edgar Springs MO which is 17 miles south of the town of Rolla on scenic highway 63. The nice lady on the phone did not mention the correct location of her campground on the phone.

Good park

We spent about 2 weeks here May 21, 2019 to June 4, 2019, The park is primarily rock although we were in the section which was grass. Not the parks fault, but it rained a lot, so there was a lot of mud where the vehicles were parked. Right outside the door it was grassy so it was good for the dogs to go out to potty. Rick is a good owner, even refunded our portion of the month we did not use less electricity, which by the way is only $.10/kwh. Yes a dime. That is super. We paid for a month in advance and he calculated us leaving 2 weeks early, deducted our electric, and refunded the rest. That is unheard of in RV parks, but we were glad and thankful he did.
Now our Garmin could not locate his address. And RV Parky was showing it to be in the city limits of Rolla. I sent them a correction to the correct location and it is now updated in RV Parky. But I also updated the amenities. They do not have a pool, golf, or any other amenities including fire rings. US 63 runs along side the park, but to tell the truth, we seldom noticed the noise, only if a semi used the jake brake. The dogs loved it as there is a huge, I mean really BIG pet area, not including the yard we had as part of the site. There are some long term rigs there, and they have buddy sites throughout the park.
It is 17 miles to town, bit the road is good.
