Great location and beautiful landscape views. Very nice community center with friendly staff. We stayed a week in a 30 ft travel trailer and enjoyed it. Close to Jerome, Cottonwood, Sedona and many vinyards.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful scenery. Ya the WiFi is not good but everything else is delightful.

Big place but not filled due to redoing their electrical to accommodate more amps in more sites. A short walk goes to the Verde River but they don't have many access points and not well marked. Verizon signal is bad (i.e. drops off often, weak). WiFi doesn't work at your site, A section, must go to the club houses. Didn't experience many of the other features. Strict on speed limit which is enforced by Winter Birds.

We are TT members, and use our membership frequently. We are used to all TT camp's having some "character". First the good: There are three camping sections - H, B, and A. They all have an excellent lodge with good AC, wifi and games etc. The Hottub and pool at B are very nice. Playground at H is sparse. There are Dog runs - but are very small (typical). All sites seem to have sewer. Some sites are located under large shady trees. Power was stable. The Bad: The roads are crumbling/gone in H - needed to repaved about 10 years ago. The Cell service is atrocious - even with a 50dBm directional Weboost...your not streaming Netflix here. 95% of the sites are 30amp. Ok in a TT - not good in a bigger rig when its 100F+ out. Grumpiest set of full time residents I have ever met. Flat out mean. All Grass is marked "No Pets" and the residents will ensure that you don't even approach it with a pet. The Laundry room has been closed for "emergency service" apparently for quite a while...didn't see any work being done...had to go town to a regular laundry mat. Construction on the 260 is pretty onerous. Skip it.

Easy in and out. Water pressure great. Wifi/cell limited. The staff and the location was great. The surrounding area rich with history. Too much to take in, in one week. The downside was that cell service was poor. You did have the option to purchase wifi. All in all, it was super.
