What's a great place
By user-6111939... on 2017-10-23.
This is a small campground with a million dollar view. Some of the sites are a little close, however they are all flat with cement pads. The staff is outstanding and work very hard to make everyone's stay pleasant. I can honestly say we didn't want to leave.

Very nice small Rv park/Motel. Clean and well kept, good WiFi and nice RV slips fronting the water front of Hood Canal. Close to well stocked store (little expensive but close). Very close to one of the entrances to Olympic National Park, lots to see and do in the area. Only draw back are pull through slips are very close to Hwy 101 and for several of the water front slips you have park your tow vehicle away from your rig, small inconvenience. Would stay again when in the area.

Amazing just amazing

Why is this place not full all the time. We just drove from Florida (hurricane Irma) to here. Long leisurely drive so stopped at lots of sites. This is the best by far. Views are amazing and waking to seals playing in the ocean outside brilliant

Smaller rv park
By user-5397872... on 2017-10-23.
When we arrived I was expecting a bigger rv park but don't let this scare you away. We have a 47 foot 5th wheel and called 2 days before arriving and the office was able to accommodate us at last second notice. Most of the spots are back ins and you will have to disconnect your tow vehicle and park it up front at office. The view was great! When tide goes out you can walk down on to the shore and explore. Bathrooms were private, clean, and had a home like feeling towards them. While you are there check out the turbine plant across the street. There are some stairs that are somewhat hidden on the opposite side of the road that go down towards the water.

This place has many strengths and one weakness. The grounds, staff, and views are unbeatable. The road noise, however, is the worst we've ever experienced. The place is right on busy Hwy 101 and many of the sites are unshielded from the traffic that goes 24 hours/day, including logging trucks. We abandoned our spot a day early.
