| Love it
We just moved in here and so far we love it. The laundry is spotless, the management is very professional and the people are so friendly. Its about 1/4 mile to the highway 46 exit which has literally everything you want or nees. Home depot, autozone, HEB supermarket and plenty of food options. 30 min the opposite way is camping world for any supplies you may need. Would definitely recommend this park to anyone.
| Kindness
We were unable to stay at this campground due to a breakdown just 9 mi short. They were willing to wait for us to be towed and checked on periodically. We are anxiously anticipating of visit to meet them personally next trip.
| Great so far
We have been here for a week. We have a beautiful spot, everyone has been really friendly and it's very peaceful. We also love that they have a dog run and nature trail.

Native Live Oak trees shade many of our sites, and colourful flowerbeds enhance the landscape’s natural beauty. Our main clubhouse is a picturesque 1940’s local limestone ranch house with an enormous fireplace in the living area...very cozy on cold winter nights.
