This place has been open for about 3 or more years and little work appears to have been finished. Main bathroom in club house is a joke and the one that has been worked on is a about the same A lot of the parking sites need to be graded so water does not stand where you park your rv( a lot of them need working on ) for a company that is suppose to be on top of the parks they own, well they need people in the field( unanounced) and start following up with on all of the problems and believe me they have a lot in the park we were in!!!! The two good things they have going for this park is great water pressure and hot water and some of the people that work there are nice. We may try to return in about 3 years to see if all of what was said about moving forward has come to light. At this time I would not recommend anyone to this park.

We came here as a free camping offer.....to hear a sales presentation. We did not purchase. Review of this campground at the moment is that it is just in fair condition...they are working to improve it. Bathhouse facility was in poor condition, some of the picnic tables were is extreme disrepair, no cable TV, no fire pits, lots are very close together and lots were sand. The positives were that the lots were fairly level and with cement patios and WiFi was adequate. Other positives include a restaurant on site open on weekends with good food and reasonable prices, small indoor and outdoor pools, nice clubhouse with evening events. People are friendly, but we would not return.

Older campground in process of repair (they said?)
By user-5858017... on 2017-10-23.
Came here on free camping invite to listen to sales pitch for rv club. Treed lots with sites close together, bathhouses were in serious need of repair and updating, many picnic tables nonexistent or in need of repair, no cable, in rain many sites had standing water until it receded. On the positive side, the sites has concrete patios and a full service restaurant on site open on the weekends, activities on the weekends such as bingo, poker, steak night and karaoke night and indoor and outdoor pools (although small), kids playground and putt putt. Was about half full when we were there...some for long term....no assigned dog walking areas. If we were in this area again would consider staying elsewhere before here again.

Membership Park! This is one of our home Resorts through Ocean Canyon Properties and the Coast to Coast network of RV Parks. Signs are posted from the Fwy exit to the Resort, making it easy to find. Smooth paved roads with plenty of space to maneuver. Courteous and professional staff to meet you with a golf cart tour, where you pick your own 50amp FHU site. Level sites, mostly pull-through, most with concrete pads or packed gravel. Excellent Wifi, beautiful new cabins for family/friends, large clubhouse with an outdoor pool, indoor pool, gym, cable TV, puzzles/games, lending library, pool tables, ping pong, air hockey, video games, beach volleyball, shuffleboard, a pavilion, and a restaurant that's open weekends. There's mini golf and pet stations with bags/cans to clean up after your dogs. They're very pet-friendly, but could use a dog run. The river is just a few steps away, with a lovely nature trail and beach. Access to the river isn't easy for kayakers, since there's no boat ramp/no vehicles allowed, unless you have a golf cart. They have daily activities, like a flea market, live music, karaoke, ice cream social, bingo night and more. We would give it 5 stars if the structures were updated. Every building needs a facelift! Also, cable TV would be great at each site, tennis/pickleball court, and a fenced in dog area. We will definitely return!

The RV Parky site indicated tents were allowed here. I showed up with a tent and was politely turned away. Apparently tents are only allowed in conjunction with an RV.
I gave four stars because it really did seem like a nice campground and they were helpful. I hope they can fix this error.

Fun place for kids and adults. Lots of activities. Friendly people everywhere. Crowded spaces but manageable. Lots of shade trees. River great for kayak trip and tubing.
