| Friendly, Quirky Place
A very unique campground (NOT an RV park) eight miles West of Canon City, with a blend of tent sites, RV sites, rustic cabins, and restored vintage trailers. Full hookups available, very good free Wi-Fi. There's a small pool and a few other entertainment activities. Good laundry ($1.50 wash, $1.50 dry), clean bathrooms and showers, and vintage items in the small store. Within view of the Royal Gorge bridge. Dusty, but fairly level. Everybody gathers on the front porch at 4 pm for social time. I'll be back next summer.

info on here is old. it's 45$ a night for full hook ups. i requested 3rd - 6th and was charged through 7th. good way to make a quick buck but not a great way to get people to return. cool place though--great views.
| Pulled into campground at 11:00 a.m. and was greeted by a young woman with a big smile. We quickly told that in order to come in at this time we must pay for an additional night. She was very rude and offered no help even on how to exit her...
