Highly recommend this park if your in the St. Augustine area. Easy access off I-95. Nice level site, clean facility & well maintained grounds. Quiet & shady...what else could you ask for?!

Nice quiet park

This is a great place to stay and close to shopping and restaurants. It is quiet and a nice breeze usually keeps your site cool and tall trees provide shade. The only complaint I have is that they did not mow the very tall grass on our site and the mosquitos and ants ate us alive!! They finally mowed the last day we were there, missed multiple spots, and left grass clippings that made a terrible mess! There was a new RV that came in several days after us and they must have been special as the park mowed their grass in advance of their arrival, but no other overgrown sites!

Perfect Stop Over

This is a great RV park for a couple of night's stay in St. Augustine. Close to shopping and dining. Only safe place to walk is around the park itself. The pads are gravel but roomy. Would have rated it four stars but the grass desperately needed mowing which led yo bad mosquitos and shower houses could use attention.

Clean and simple

Only stayed one night after arriving late (9:30pm) and leaving next morning, otherwise, not having a pool would have been a problem for the kids. They let us pay over the phone and arrive late, had our information waiting for us outside on the office wall. With our 22ft MH, the pull-through sites were level and longer than we needed. Bathhouse was clean, but we would have preferred if they were air conditioned. Very quiet place.

Quiet even being close to interstate. Super clean bathhouse. Staff were nice and helpful. Mostly pull thru sites. Will stay again on our next visit to St Augustine.

Nice park, roads are gravel and need smoothed out. Lots of treed for shade. Safe, secure and friendly staff. Got PA discount and AAA for subsequent nights.

Pros and cons

We stayed for the month of February 2015. Good park with friendly staff. Nice wide sites, reasonably level but with a lot of tree root tripping hazards. Good water pressure, reliable wi-fi. Decent roads. Never went in the bathhouse. Cons: noise. County Road 208 is very heavily traveled, the fire station nearby is very busy, and there is a model airplane field at the back of the park that has flying contests all day Sunday. Traffic at the interstate exit is very heavy, and traffic on Ursinas Hwy into St Augustine is congested. Don't plan to be anywhere in a hurry.

Park is clean, sites are wide level with full hookups an cable and the best WiFi. Easy access close to interstate but very quiet! Will stay here anytime I am in St Augustine. Stayed in 45 footer MH

Good spot for a one night road stoop

Stopped here for the night in route south Fla. The staff was friendly and quickly got us our assigned site. Site was grass/gravel and level. Water pressure was very www good. Close to restaurants, an outlet mall and Camping World. Good Sam discount. Would stay here again on future trips through the area.

Had the cable been better we would have given this five stars. The setting is beautifully woodsy and green, the showers are excellent as is the laundry room. The road which we were very near his only occasionally noisy and easily overlooked. We would come again

First time here. They had my reservation ready when I walked in and I was on my way in less than a minute. Nice office people too. Good shade, level gravel lots and very clean bath house. No pool, When outside there is definite road noise from the interstate and local highway - but I didn't hear it inside. One thing, is that if you come off the interstate on weekday afternoon there are a couple "dis-function junctions" in getting there - tons of traffic, poorly timed lights - makes it difficult with a rig.

I'm sure this is a nice place but the customer service is awful! The Old lady in the office was very negative and suffers from an intelligence deficiency. Too bad.

A perfect overnight site. Level pull through and quiet space. Check out the bathrooms and they were top notch, clean and new. Being so Close to 95 it has the usual fast food restaurants, we found a local Italian Cucina Giovanni, awesome pizza. Needed some supplies for my new travel trailer, there's a Grander RV close by, but I went to the home depot which was near old town St Augustine about 20 mins away, we didn't have the time or energy to go into town, but it's only 20 mins away, so that's a plus
