Website review
By user-6459435... on 2017-10-23.
Trying to decide whether or not to come here. Having 1 blurry picture of a pool is not much incentive, along with the comments that have been made. I'll take my RV dollars elsewhere.

Typical KOA

Over priced, sites are tight , and staffed by McDonalds rejects.
Need I say more?

Has potential . . .
By user-5798006... on 2017-10-23.
Sites have limited width, very close to neighbors
Landscape needs work from lots of dead fall leaves on the ground, to little to no grass on every site, to unmowed grass, to weedy flower beds
Dog park is unsafe as the a frame and several other play pieces are rotted beyond repair and there is no grass and sparse weeds
Employees are efficient but not friendly
Trash was picked up promptly and area around permanent campers was kept clear of clutter
Cabin exteriors need to be power washed
If cleaned up, this park could be very pretty

Gets the job done
By user-5888129... on 2017-10-23.
I'm a Floridian and I know it gets hot here , not much shade. The staff were a little lackluster. The pull thru sites are pavement with a small pad. They offer outdoor table and chairs and a propane grill. Have paddleboats, swimming pool and K9 area. Landscaping definitely needs attention. The cost seems high for the area.

Mediocre value for price.

80$ for a narrow back-in lot. Beach 25min walk away. Very friendly staff though.

Not a bad site for visiting the beach which is about 5 minutes away by car. A little hint, drive about 5 miles south on A1A for better beach access and parking. With 4WD you can drive in the beach for $10. Easy access to St Augustine. A little pricey but, duh, your at the beach.

Four stars because of above average space at the sites and no other complaints. Price is high ($86 plus 10.5 percent tax). I used two GPS s coming in and they both steered me wrong. In case you have a similar problem, when you turn off Highway 312 from the west onto A1A heading south you need to turn right at the very first light (about half a block down) onto Pope Road and then make an immediate left into the KOA

A little noisy from a busy road nearby, but otherwise a great place to stay if you re wanting to visit St. Augustine. Trolley shuttle picks you up and drops you off right at the campground all day long. Beach is a quick drive. They have pedal boats and bikes. Cute tables and colorful chairs at the site, along with a fire pit and gas grill. Nice shop and super friendly and helpful staff.

Main bath house was closed, temp trailer set up and was ok. Other bathroom near office was not soo great. One shower didn t even have a shower head and the tile wasn t clean. Staff was friendly. Best thing was the trolley into town.

Very nice park. Close to beach, decent sized, good sized patio with nice patio furniture. Gas grill on each spot. Cute pond with ducks and turtles. Did I say good access to beach!! Will come back
