Not a resort at all. The sites are spaced pretty good but no privacy. Good length on all sites. River walk is very close. Central location for Edmonton and St Albert. Must drive to shopping. Haven't seen bathrooms.

The park is in a good location to visit St. Albert and Edmonton. The park is very clean and the spaces are a great length. The bathrooms are new and the park is located close to walking paths and green areas. They have WiFi, but it only worked half the time. There is no pool, no cable and no laundry room. Also, the park is in an area with soccer fields, cricket, BMX and rugby areas... no it is often noisy in the evening with kids (and parents) running around and partying... didn't find it very peaceful.
