We stayed a couple of nights in November. Sites are wide with a few trees but not much shade and no picnic tables. Roosevelt Lake is about five minutes away. There is a gas station, cafe, and convenience store near the park entrance. No wifi or cable tv. This park has a community clubhouse with a kitchen, bathrooms (no showers), tv, gas bbq grill and a pool table. You will need a Tonto National Forest pass to park at any of the lake parking areas. You can buy a pass at the Lakeside Cafe for $6 near the RV park entrance. As of November 2014 the lake water level is extremely low.
The park is near the lake, so you can easily drive there. Most essential facilities are available and working well. Nothing to complain, beside it's not directly at the lake and not very green on the place.
