Just a cautionary note. If you don't reserve a spot, which is very difficult because it is mostly permanent trailers/sites they have never had a Site and offer a electric only grass site on the front of the park right next to the road.
This park becomes home during your stay. the staff at this park was exceptional from Captain Bill (owner) along with Jim (who was from our home town) and John and his wife the office manager. This park is one of the cleanest parks we have ever stayed in. The pool was perfect. The Tiki Hut was so cool and the laundry was spotless. A short drive to Siesta Key or Turtle Beach and a great dinner at Phillipi by the Creek was awesome. We stayed two nights and got our 3rd night FREE. We could only stay 3 days but would have loved to stay longer. We whole heartily recommend this site to future campers. Sincerely. Don and Michele Holliday. Carthage Missouri.

Clean, functional, you park on crushed sea shells, tight like a parking lot. At $60 the most expensive park on the trip and the least liked. Eh, I feel safe but monetarily s...ed. I'll try to not return.

Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at our over "55" community at Sarasota Sunny South one of the area's premier mobile home and RV communities. Located near the Gulf of Mexico along the tropical Gulfcoast of Florida. Reasonable lot rents available on a daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual basis. We also offered 1-bedroom and 2 bedroom mobile homes.
