Nice RV Park.

Very clean. Appealing with grass, trees and lake. The pads are gravel, but in good shape. The only downside is that it is next to I-95, there is around the clock road noise. Not too bad but fairly constant. But, that is to be expected. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend it to others.

Need disable facility

Stayed one night the park is ok needs some updates. Bathrooms are small and they have no facility for the disable no ramps, no shower, no discounts for a disabled veteran.

Great place to stop and stay! Great hospitality. Very clean, and truly pet friendly. The spots are not on top of each other. They have a brand new dog park.

Stayed 1 night while traveling. Easy access from I-95. No noise in RV, but some noise outside. Nice, long, level, FHU pull-thru. We had an extra car, and there was plenty of space to park 40' coach & 2 vehicles. Easy, friendly check-in with escort to site. Some sites have nice lake view. Plenty of space between sites. Trees far enough away to not affect slides. Our site had nice shade, some do-some don't. Good WIFI - plenty of OTA channels. It is evident the owner takes pride in his/her RV park...very well kept. Paid $4.00 for 2 extra adults, which was very fair. Gave GS discount. Without hesitation we would stay here again.

+1 to the other reviews. Nice park with large sites. Staff very helpful and paced in spot with good views for Sat antenna. Only bad thing is noise, freeway with lots of trucks and trains several times at night.

Beautiful setting, well maintained, lots of room and accommodating staff. Only stayed one night, would like to have stayed longer. One of the nicest parks in which we have stayed. Lots are not crowded. Easy on and off I-95. Highly recommend

Best place for a quick stop on this stretch of 95. Easy off and on. Simple after hours instructions. Bring bread to feed the ducks.

This was our second stay at RVacation. Sites are VERY large and level, many with a great lake view. Easy access from the highway. The owners were fantastic and offered us a very economic option for our stay. We will definitely return for another stay.

Lots of fruit trees blooming with a beautiful lake. Nice clean park. Great to have a big divided dog park. I wish it was in a quieter area!!! Interstate and train noise was just too Loud!!!! Good price $35. Workers were all friendly and helpful.

We are very pleased with this park. Lots of room, a dog park, close to town, a pool, level camp grounds, and most spots have a table and chairs. Some spots have cemented patio areas. This park is very well maintained. Very quiet except noise from the interstate.

EXIT 98 off of I95. Stayed in a pull thru @ 44 a night. Long, level gravel sites and paved road. Road noise was average for being close to the interstate but have stayed in a lot noisier. They escort you to your site and the staff was friendly. Just don t speed thru the campground, they are very adamant about the 8 mph. Didn t use laundry or bathrooms but laundry looked clean. Selma is just up the road and larger Smithville with outlet shopping just 4 miles down the road. Very decent wi-fi for a campground! Stayed in 40 motorhome with toad.

One exit north on hwy 95 from the outlet malls, very quiet nice size lots and very clean. Road noise was very minimal.. did our Christmas shopping at the outlets was very convenient lots of restaurants close by

We stayed one night on our migration south. It s a large well-kept RV Park just off I-95 (so some road noise), oh and an Amtrak route right next door too. There s a nice large pond right next door, and nice tree covered sites and they do have satellite friendly sites. Our site was mostly level dirt, good hook-ups (no cable TV). They show us to our pull-thru site. The reservation and check-in staff were friendly and helpful.
Over all, I would stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Easy access to the highway. Close to town. Our boys loved the pool! Onsite laundry and office/small store had everything we needed, even a free lending library. There is some road and train noise, but it didn't bother our family a bit. We will visit again!

Husband and I spent lovely peaceful weekend by the lake. Nice level space. Great, friendly staff. It is on our return list. Bring your fishing pole.
