Great place to home to visit Door County. Away from touristy areas and quite pleasant. Very family oriented. Kids activities. Pool. Bar, music, outdoor areas, pavilion. All very compact, in one place. Sell ice, firewood (very soft wood, burned fast & stunk - very weird!), can t bring in firewood - only use theirs. Golf cart rentals. Sherrie in the office was very nice to work with, arranged for us to move to another site to stay an extra night. Campsites are all wooded - we had a nice pull-through with 50 amp. Full hookups. Moved to a newer area being developed, less wooded, less private but still nice pull-through with 30 amp for our final night. We seniors did not hang out at the campground much - explored Door Co. But obviously a summertime family destination. All in all a great, huge campground more park-like than most private RV parks. Fantastic and clean bathhouse at office. Downside - it s a drive to other Door Co. areas. There is a really nice small market in Egg Harbor. For big box, must drive into Sturgeon. And it sure would be nice if there were bike trails. The campground is really too compact and crowded for bike riding. Observe 5 mph signs - kids all about!

We have a 37 foot 2016 Dutch Star, stayed here for the first time. Stayed at several places near by and now this will be my go to place. Stayed in site 339, spacious, in the woods, very nice. As with all campgrounds in the Door, there gravel roads and dusty. Hard on a 400 thou, coach.
