We stay here for a week and had a great time meeting new friends. We were in a 40' MH pulling a 14' trailer with no problems with level sites and clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Found as advertised, we would stay here again.

Conveniently located near area attractions. Easy access with gravel roads and sites. FHU (30/50 amp), cable, over the air TV and reasonably good WiFi. Satellite can be tricky. Great staff and promptly responds to request. Propane is available. Didn't use the showers, laundry or pool.

Great place to celebrate my birthday. The CG provided well maintained cabins for my friends that flew in and camping spots for those of us with RVs. Very accommodating. Thank you.

Park is quite large with many nice spaces. Great sites located next to the river. Roads are nice & wide with plenty of room to get around/park your rig. Sites are a little small but it’s not that bad. Nice folks in the office & a great church service on Sunday mornings. Location: Easy to get in & out as it’s not right on the heart of the “strip”. Nice clean bathrooms. WiFi is pretty good for such a large park. Paid $41 for a pull through site. I think that’s pretty darn good.

Riverside is easily accessible from I-40. The staff is very helpful. The roads in the park are wide as are the sites. We stayed seven days in a 40' Motorhome. It was a very enjoyable stay. Whenever we return to the Sevierville area we would definitely revisit Riverside.

Very nice, clean family-owned RV park. Easily accessible from I-40. It is a little bit of a drive from the "strip" in Pigeon Forge - traffic is horrible. Friendly, easy check in. Site was very level, gravel, pull-thru, and FHU. Sites are a little close, but doable. Our site was in the front section and had good WiFi. Not a lot of cable channels, but enough. Didn't try OTA. Site had some trees for shade. The back section had 2 rows without shade, Nice back-in river sites with some trees. Plenty of room to walk the dog. Good Verizon service. (Note: turn left on Hwy 66 to get groceries or fast food. There is a Food City & Burger King, among others. Much, much easier and closer than turning right and going into Sevierville or Pigeon Forge.) We stayed in a motorhome and would stay here again.

Upon entering Riverside park there is not a lot of curb appeal at least not in November. There is a slightly steepish, turning entrance and you pull up in front of a small building. We had reserved ahead, and the check-in was quick and functional. They give you a map and off you go to your site. There are back-in sites along the river but they are rather short. We witnessed a long 5th wheel trying to get into one of these sites, and he used several opposite (luckily empty) sites to back in. And his back end was almost over the river. A small motorhome could pull in but would have to run utilities underneath. Our pull-thru site was narrow and flanked by trees so we had to jockey a bit to get situated. It would have been a challenge with the tow hooked up. The site left little room for our tow vehicle even with parking it sideways. If you want an overnight and don t want to unhook specify a pull-thru without trees. The sites are all gravel and pretty level. There is no privacy just a little grass space between sites with a picnic table. It was raining when we arrived and there was lots of standing water in most sites and the interior roads. It was not crowded when we here and it was quiet. Internet works pretty good although it slows down here and there. Directv would not lock in due to trees in our site but would have in the pull-thrus without trees. They do have cable. Verizon was strong with 4g 3 bars. We found it to be pricey, even off season, for what you get. Although they advertise that the park is strictly a nightly vacation park there are permanent double wides in the middle of the park. ??? And yes, the park is located near Gatlinburg but the traffic to get there is horrendous. We attempted to go into Gatlinburg which would have taken 1 ½ hours to go 18 miles! We passed on that! BTW if you like to consume adult beverages come fully stocked there are only a couple of liquor stores in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. It was spring break but not crowded. Clean area. We did not use restrooms or laundry room but what we did see and use was nice. Will stay here again.

Everyone can rest assured this is a top choice campground. Paving just finished--no speed bumps. Nicer than ever--the nicest people. I needed propane --,only took a few minutes to fill up --,on site. My Boston Terrier Spencer loves the new fences dog park. I've been coming here for years--this is the best campgrounds for us--i like it quiet.

Peaceful and quiet- enough space to live and green grass in my spot. Also some shade oh did I mention we back up to the flowing river? Great camping spot! Will definitely come back again. We camped here in a 27 ft trailer.

We stayed for 3 nights & booked via phone that morning. The lady on the phone was very friendly & helpful. We arrived 30 mins before the office closed. They were ready for us & we were taken care of quickly. Someone ended up being in our site, which they resolved immediately. We even ended up in a better riverfront site due to a cancellation. The sites are decently sized, some bigger than others. The park is very well kept. Only downside was no real general store to speak of. Just the check in office.
