I was just passing through, but wish I could have stayed a few more days. It was a very attractive park with lots of shade and a pleasant staff. There was probably thirty of us down by the river for the afternoon arrival of the 1927 steam locomotive--pretty cool.
Stayed 1 night wish I could have stayed longer
Only one bathroom some kind of trailer ? No laundry, no RV parts, no store. Premium spots on the river are way to small right on top of each other. Cottonwood seeds every where blowing around like a blizzard and lots of bugs too. The only store in Chama is something else if you want bread, milk,or lettuce better be there on Tuesday or forget it. The only plus I found was the steam train Need less to say when in the area I will check into one of the two RV parks south on town
