We stayed over the Memorial Day weekend and it was good. There were kids everywhere and it appears to be a great place for kids. This would make me rate it low, but I'm lots of others would appreciate this. The other down side is that is close to Road America and until the campers noise could drown it out I heard way too many racing sounds. Many dogs and friendly campers made up for the other issues. We would stay again if we were in the area.
Very large campground with many great activities for kids however very pricey and NO CELL SERVICE! I work on the road and I had to leave my campsite to work (even our cell booster didn't work very well). They offer Wifi but you have to pay A LOT if you want to get it at your campsite, otherwise you have to sit in their business office to get free wifi or drive downtown Plymouth to get any type of service. This took away from the fun of enjoying the campground. Also, it is very busy at all times with lots of golf carts and cars coming & going so it was hard for my kids to ride their bikes/scooters as there was constantly someone coming or going.
Welcome to Plymouth Rock Camping Resort. The campground is conveniently located across the road from Road America celebrating 50 years of motor racing.
