Clean facilities in good repair. Friendly staff. Most sites seemed pretty nice. We had a site in the trees so were quite comfortable. Quiet but WiFi unreliable when we were there.
Very well maintained park. Great location, we stay here for a week or a month almost every summer. The only minus is the Internet. It is weak and not very dependable. If you overlook the Internet it is a 5 Star Park
This is a heavily wooded Campground with many sites heavily shaded. The place is very quiet and peaceful. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. There are some downsides. The roads wind among the trees and some larger rigs might struggle and because of the trees getting into some sites takes skill. Very few sties get sitelilite but, their cable works well. The park has a significant dust problem and you RV will get dirty. Utilities are well placed, wifi was weak, didn't use showers or laundry. We stayed in a motorhome. With the other options in the area probably not use the park again.
"Pioneer Trails RV Resort is located at the gateway to Anacortes where you will find activities for the adventurer as well as the family. We are a great base camp for family drives. Travel to Deception Pass, where Fidalgo Island connects with Whidbey Island, or travel south to La Conner, which has been awarded the ""Town That Best Captures The Northwest Spirit."" See what the Skagit Valley's Tulip Festival in April is all about. For a break from outdoor activities, you can browse through Fidalgo Island and Anacortes' antique stores, art galleries, boutiques and book stores. Ask our staff about more fun things to do in our area or kick back here at the park and experience our own camping fun. From our outdoor basketball court, regulation horseshoe pit and more there is something for everyone at Pioneer Trails!"
