Least accomodating RV park anywhere?

There couldn't be a less suitable business to be in the hospitality industry. Impossibly narrow sites, extra charges for core services like dumping sewerage and wifi, unreasonable and inflexible rules for everything but notably around entry and exit. Don't make the mistake we did by coming here. Stay clear.

Not friendly to travelers

They do not allow late arrivals. It was 9pm, foggy, state beach was full, so we decided to stop anyway as there were a number of empty spots. Sign said no checkins after 8pm. We were very quiet so as not to disturb campers. Mgr came at 8am, accused us of trespassing, and gave us 10 min to leave. We paid and left. Surely there is a better way. We were out of options except parking on the street. No other option nearby and too foggy to keep driving.

I can't believe how wonderful it is here. Quiet but friendly and the team on staff were respectful and helpful. Though I hate to give such a positive review because I fear others will come..I have to be honest.. this is more than a wonderful trip to the beach!

A Great Location

The wife and I have stayed at a variety of sites throughout California since getting out trailer in March, 2015. This park, though average in appearance, is one of our favorites so far! The staff we met with was friendly and accommodating. They help guide us into our location which had a great view of the golf course next door and the ocean in the distance. It was a short drive downtown and a short walk to the beach. Although more expensive than the other parks we've stayed at, this is a resort area, so it wasn't unexpected.

Play by their rules. The location is worth it...a short walk to the beach or to the Ritz Carleton for coffee and a pastry. Here is what you should know: no motorcycles (it is a quite park), do not show up before noon...not even 5 minutes early as you will not be allowed in until noon (allows time for all those that are to leave that day to leave), do not show up after hours (check their web page...believe it is 9 or 10 PM). Yo will be asked to leave...again a quite park. Know those rules and you will enjoy your stay. Best in the area.

A big turnoff, the worst place ever when it comes to service .....!!!
Just don't waste your precious time with people like that.....
Enjoy your time elsewhere you don't need that experience

overpriced and run down

Beautifully located but run down lots and aged restrooms. Friendly staff though. Desperately needs overhaul. $85 is way too expensive.

Wifi is inacessible from most of the park
One of the two bathrooms is 'closed until further notice'.
Great access to the beach, but otherwise not that nice.

I ended up here by accident. The poor reviews caused me to look elsewhere, but when I saw the other RV park in the area I didn t think our rig would fit and I didn t like its location. This park is close enough to route 1 to be convenient, but not close enough to hear the road noises. It s not directly on the beach, but there is a nice short path to the beach. You can hear the waves and the upper tier of the park can see the ocean. There is a golf course between the park and the ocean My space was wide enough for comfort and just long enough for my 40 ft 5th wheel we had 50 amp service, cable, and full hookups. There were lots of permanent campers, but they all kept their areas neat and clean. The laundry facility was very nice and much needed since we are traveling full-time. the WiFi was adequate for some web surfing but not for streaming. The park was kept clean. The only unsightly part was how the cable connections were run. There were white pvc pipes laying on the ground and the cable connectors just sticking up. It worked though. The trash truck did come early Monday morning but other than that the place was extremely quiet and peaceful. The staff members were pleasant and helpful.
