For a state park, this was a really great area. Sites were extremely well maintained, paved and level sites. I've seen commercial campgrounds that were in much poorer shape for a lot more money. Lots of space between sites, good shade. There is a lake on the park, and you are just a short drive from Lincoln.
Pros: Trees. Adequate space. Well maintained. Fair price $20/night. Cons: Only power, no water, no sewer. Average ablutions.
Stopped here overnight during the week. No water, but that was fine. Concrete pads. OTA was good as well. Great stop for us.
