Paradise Island RV Resort

| Definitely NOT paradise!!!

The place in a run downed dump to put it nicely!! Didn't use any of their amenities because everything looked so run down. From the start the front desk lady was beyond rude and clearly didn't need anyone's business. The entire place smelled like stale cigerettes. We did talk to a few others staying and they where very nice and friendly however we would not ever come back. The location is a rough part of town. Don't waste your time or money on this place. Pay the extra for something nicer.

| Ok but crowded

We stayed here for a month in the winter. It was extremely crowded and they even parked RV's in the street in the park for overnights. There is also a very large percentage of Canadians versus Americans and most keep their sites year round so finding a place can be tricky. The staff was OK and we would come back but I really hope its not winter if we do. Also expect to pay high rent typical of south Florida. Sites are small and narrow enough you may not be able to out the awning out if you have a neighbor.

Tight for bug rigs, but it works. Motorhomes with trailers are a problem, but worked with me I'd a late arrival, and even moved my trailer for me I. The morning so I wouldn't have to move my Motorhome. Very secure, quiet, extremely helpful and friendly staff. I have stayed at most of the parks in the immediate area, this is the best option.

| Very loud and small

Very loud and very tight spaces. Staff is nice but not a good location. You hear sirens every 30 minutes, constant car honking and traffic. Spots are very small. Mostly long term people here.

Cable did not work. Wifi did not work. We used none of the facilities, so couldn't tell about those. It is very handy to the airport and that was our main concern. Super nice staff, couldn't have ask for nicer folks. It's a bit tight for BIG rigs for sure. Seemed clean and secure.

| Decent spot for a night

We stayed one night and found it to be a nice little spot in the center of a city. The spots were a bit tight but we got our 28'RV in nicely with just enough room for our smart cat on the grass next to us. They provided a plastic table and chairs all of which were dirty so we didnt use. We would stay here again if we needed to and were in the Ft. Lauderdale area. We mostly boondock unless we need to plug in and use the dump. Stayed 4/27/19
