This park is very well maintained and has nice amenities. It is across the street from an outdoor bar that can get noisy. It is one block from the beach, but no view. Not a big fan of this beach town.

| This place is very nice. All paved, large pull thrus. A little tight pulling a trailer with the motorhome. But , very nice. Here from 9/12 thru 9/16/15. Will definitely be back.

Came here last year and was impressed. Came back this year and still impressed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean and well maintained. Will be back

Saw one review claimed it is overpriced. There's an RV resort right outside of park gate and they charge $65 for back in with no water view. Here we saw super moon over water from our motor home. We've only camped here in the winter when it's half empty and very quiet. Beach gorgeous and crystal clear turquoise water. Clean modern bathhouses, hiking, wildlife and history. Always look forward to coming back. Lots of restaurants and great seafood market nearby.

We booked here thinking we would be able to enjoy Panama City Beach , we were put in a site next to the Exit beside a Billboard next to the highway . Can’t believe anyone would consider this an acceptable site . The Beach is within walking distance but you can’t walk your Dog or drink a Beer on the Beach . There are a couple of Restaurants and Bars very close by with reasonable food and nightly entertainment otherwise I would not have anything good to say about this park .

Nice park closer to the end of the beach but walking distance to some shops and beach one block away. Spots and grounds were well kept. We set up then jumped in our car and cruised around easy in/ out with RV and spots were good sized.

Beautifully kept. Nice location. A bit tight for big rigs, but does work. I camped in a 38' fifth wheel. Arrived 6-6-19 for 2 nights.
