Very clean and neat RV Part.
By user-5887516... on 2017-10-23.
When I called ahead and made reservations, Gary was very informative and helpful. The park is big with a lot extras. Park roads are wide and concrete. Sites are level concrete slabs with a picnic table. The space between the sites are a little close but your slide won't be in someone else's living room.
Nice pool and hot tub. Did not use laundry or bathrooms but they looked clean. Very pet friendly. Had 3 separate dog runs and a very nice dog trail. Highly recommend this park. 5 Star.

Excellent park with nice sites, cement pads and plenty of room. A little out of town but worth the drive. Full hookups and amenities. Great military/ veteran rate. We would have stayed here longer but our schedule pushed us onward. Great place

Great park

Been here twice, so far. Clean, quiet, close to Austin without the hassle. Nice pool, hot tub, dog play area, laundry, BBQ grill, etc. Clean Shower area. Easy access to north austin via 183, north. Easy south austin via 183 south. Downtown is little harder since no direct freeway, but still not bad. Definitely coming back

Great pull through sites. Concrete pads very level. Super clean. Stayed in a 40dp w/car hauler and all fit on the site. Would stay at again.

Worst experience yet
By user-5279102... on 2017-10-23.
We have been on a two month road trip and had to stop in Austin for business. Pulled in this evening and went to our spot we were told to go to (pull through spot) and it was taken! We were then placed in the permanent residents' section, where we could not get wi-if and it wasn't as nice. Normally wouldn't be a big deal, but it was needed for work. Update: we got a normal spot the next afternoon, but caused some frustration that could have been eased if they did a walk through after check out make sure people actually left!

Nice place to stop

The family picked this spot for the amenities, and location. A guest told us of Texan Cafe which was THE BEST dinner and pie we have had traveling the roads. The stag were helpful and friendly, would stay here again !

Great Park
By user-5554526... on 2019-08-09.
Stayed at this park for two months last spring and loved it. Convenient to Austin. WiFi not very strong but I always use my own. Pull thru sites, many with shade, two pools.

Love this park! It has everything you need especially when you have a big rig and a tow truck.

Disappointed
By user-unknown on 2019-08-09.
Park looks nice driving up but noticed there was no gates to the entrance. Park Said they had cable and internet. We got the cable box when checking in but couldn t get it to work. Followed the instructions and cable company said the park didn t have an account. Went to the office and told them what we were told and they didn t have anything to say. We returned the box to the office. No free cable or internet. Pool was nice. Just was not happy with customer service at this park.

Not great for travelers and transients
By user-6609510... on 2019-08-09.
Previous high ratings about the infrastructure and site quality are legitimate; unfortunately, the park is rapidly transitioning to a residential community. 50% of the park has been upgraded to concrete pads, but it's not for traveling RVers. 1 space per day is being converted to tiny homes (with a surprising amount of construction noise) while most of the rest of the sites are given over to people living here instead of buying or renting a house or apartment. Make sure you bring extensions for your hookups; the pedestal for water and electric, and the sewer connection, are all the way at the end of the pad. My 30 foot fresh water hose and 20 ft sewer hose were stretched to their limits. And dear God, the sirens. Fire station nearby must be busiest on the planet. If you are visiting, find a park well outside the city.

Pleasent location

We came here for the Div 1 NCAA swim meet at UT. 4 nites in an 80 pull thru. Little tight negotiating the roads to site but nice and roomy. No too close to each other and pretty quote. Good cable, ok WiFi 50 amp service & great H2O pressure.

We stayed for the first time in July while visiting family in Austin. They have done a lot of really nice improvements. Beautiful pool, laundry room, concrete roads, lots of trees. They have several dog parks as well as a dog wash station. This is a very well thought out park. We were very impressed. There are quite a few tiny house pads. Upper end tiny homes.
