Mostly gravel sites, nice space between sites. Had rained a lot so grass was soggy. Ok, but clean restrooms. Cell phone signal very weak. Nice owner, only takes cash or check; no plastic.
People are nice it's a nice place to stay on our way to Minnesota. Price is right, cash or they take a personal check. No credit cards. Not real clean but full service.
Friendly people with nice pool and Hot tub. Full hook up for $ 30 is good value. Have problem with non locking toilet doors with 4" gap's, just like a bit more privacy
