New and room

The park is very nice but there are some areas that could be improved! The drainage for the landscaping is lacking for several areas of the park! To head south you have to go out the back door! Would have been nice if they told you instead of learning the hard way!

We stayed here only one night and it is a bit of a drive from I-90 but ... it is new, clean and beautiful. Have stayed in a lot of RV parks and this one is the best.

This campground, well really resort opened 2-2015. Great place to stay, all sites are well thought out and easy access. Sites are level.
Management shows a caring attitude and that goes for all staff there.
Grass, picnic table at each site.
When you are in Spokane, good place to stay.

Best campground yet
By user-5800208... on 2017-10-23.
We called ahead on a cross country trip to get a 1 night stay on July 3rd and most places needed 2 or 3 nights since it is a holiday weekend. This place would let us have 1 night. It is new, very clean, level concrete pads, grassy area at every spot, clean picnic tables, clean water, clean pool and poolside chairs and tables. Quiet at night. Nice laundry and bathrooms. Almost wish we were staying longer but just passing through.

This park is really that nice. The staff is outstanding and the park is very well planned. Sites are clean, level and bordered with thick green grass. Would definitely stay here again.

Just spent two nights here on a shakedown cruise in a new rig. The park is clean, campsites are level. Lots of grass. Pet area is especially appreciated. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Nice place for those who are more stationary or those passing through for a night as we were. Not the right place if you are looking for a full camping experience. Friendly staff at the front desk, wide lanes, and level sites with a patio and picnic table. Full hook ups. A bit loud in the morning with a the sports car in the site next to us coming in and out for a bit but they had the courtesy to honor the 'quiet hours' Nice pool and a kids playground. Would use again.

Think they're too good for their own business
By user-5226683... on 2017-10-23.
Tried to make a reservation with this outfit. Left a detailed voice mail with 3 calls. Not once was there a call back. Some kind of business etiquette.
Glad I'm not staying there and giving them my .

Very nice park
By user-5831552... on 2017-10-23.
It looks very new and clean. Unlike the writer that gave it 1 star- we saw no divets or holes around our site. We witnessed staff out checking that each pad was clean and well maintained. Large concrete pads with several pull thrus. It is expensive but has a lot of amenities.

Strange
By user-5856007... on 2017-10-23.
This new place seems like it was created by folks that have never actually RVed. I can imagine they went to a seminar on how to run an rv park and not actually from experience.
I'm still wandering why the four outdoor sinks if tenting is not allowed. Who needs these? The facilities are cold and institutional. The kind they hose down like the clientele are all dangerously contagious.
They run the sprinklers three times a day! If they missed getting you in the evening or morning, don't despair. They might get you as you sit having lunch at your picnic table.
Why are they watering an obscene amount of times? Perhaps because some of the sod seems new. But maybe it's also to fill those odd ditch-like spaces at every site. Inexplicably they have dug about 3x6 foot craters that are probably 18"deep. At every site. What are they for? They fill up with the excessive watering. They don't look as deep as they are because they are filled with growing grass. I guess they just want to see if you're paying attention. Get out of your car at night and fall right in. Think you can cut across your own site? Oops. Fall right in and twist an ankle. Having difficulty maneuvering your rig? Well, these ditches can give you more of a challenge. Not only did you accidentally drive off the pavement but you've just sunk one wheel down two feet.
All of this is baffling because their very lengthy agreement that gets signed and initialed on numerous clauses suggests this is an ownership paranoid about litigious possibilities.
Their pet space seems fine but in the future I'll take my dogs' opinions to heart. We entered and both acted like the grass was horrible to walk on. Tippy toeing all around. Within 24 hours they both contracted something that gave them horrible explosive diarrhea. I can't prove it came from there. But constantly watering an area in 100 degree weather seems like a great way to encourage any bacteria left by the many dogs to flourish and infect other dogs. So, thanks, for that, North Spokane RV Park.

It's a nice park
By user-5257060... on 2018-03-14.
This park is clean, quiet and neighbors are friendly. There are a decent amount of people who have stayed here long term. There are showers, bathrooms, a laundry room and a dayroom. There is a designated dog area and a playground. Housekeeping and maintenance do a great job. We currently pay $575 that includes sewer and water. Don't buy propane here, there is a place called the Country Store across the street that is cheaper. We were told that rent is going to go up to $800/ month during the summer months. When leaving the park, it's only possible to make a right hand turn and you have to make a U-turn on a side street if you want to head towards South Spokane which is a nuisance. The other thing is that the free Wi-Fi is horrible. It hasn't worked a single day. We pay a lot. I know they can afford to give us decent internet. They refuse to do anything about it though. Otherwise, it's a nice place to stay.

Not Big Rig or Full Time Friendly
By user-unknown on 2019-08-09.
This is our 4th year staying at this resort and our last. Management has changed, and they are trying to fit too big of RVs into to small of sites, resulting in tow vehicles having to park on the street, because of not enough overflow parking, creating spots that are hard to navigate with a small car, let alone a 45 ft RV! If you are a full timer they will not let you receive or send mail at the park, General delivery for Spokane goes to the downtown office, which is a real pain. They say they only allow short term stays, but clearly some sites are long term, with insulation around the base
