Run down
By user-5861234... on 2017-10-23.
Not a resort , wifi only works at office , sites and roads are sand .
Bathrooms need remodel , well out of town .

Decided to go see St Augustine so we found North Beach thru Park RV. Sites were huge. Lots of trees and vegetation, very dense. We could walk to a restaurant on the river which was very nice. We wanted to stay an additional night, they said we would have to move because of a rally coming in. We decided to move on down the road.

Great Place to Stay
By user-5089728... on 2017-10-23.
We stayed at this campground for several nights and loved it. We have a 41 foot Class A coach and found the pull thru camp sites
easy to access what a great area to ride bicycles have a long walk fishing and boating on the property. We also visited the restaurant that is adjacent to the property that's within walking distance that had great food and family atmosphere. This site is approximately 7 miles from downtown St Augustine with a plethora of things to do. We will definitely visit again.

Good park but price is high
By user-5347114... on 2017-10-23.
We have stayed here when we wanted to visit the beach in St Augustine. The staff is nice and the park is nice. However for the price that you pay compared to other private parts it's almost like staying in a state park in Florida. The bathhouses about the same level as a state park. There are no cement roads the entire park is dirt roads. It very much resembles a Florida State Park. We try to only stay here in the event we cannot get a spot at one of the local state parks. However for the value I feel that the park needs an update. It is a lot of money to pay for a park that is at the level of a state park.

Rude

The front office staff was so rude that I wouldn't stay there. Told them that I'd overlooked the reviews, but the reviewers were spot on.

Great Location

We found this to be a quiet and peaceful park. It stretches from the Atlantic side over to the Tolomato River--both areas have beautiful beaches. Each site has plenty of foliage and trees to provide privacy and shade. The pool is rather small--it's mostly for bobbing, not swimming laps. No wifi except at the main building. The shower facilities really need an upgrade. Otherwise, it's a good location near the water and a short drive into the old town.

Used to go here, but won't be back

Not an RV Resort
By user-5231923... on 2017-10-23.
3 Stars are possible; quiet, peaceful, and as clean as dirt/sand roads/sites can be. Short drive to St Augustine. Way - WAY over priced. Nice fishing pier, full hookups, walking distance to beach & restaurants, no site WiFi (one can hope), 9 TV channels. No plan to return @ current price. Poor weather was also a factor. I guess we are just spoiled by the outstanding RV'ing in north GA. We really expected more bang for our$$

Wonderful stay.
By user-5208591... on 2017-10-23.
Awesome campground. Quiet you can hear the ocean from alot of the sites. All the RV sites that we saw have a vegetation border around them and lots of shade trees above. It makes it feel very private. Sites were large. 3 waterfront restaurants within walking distance. We almost didn't stay here because of the 3.5 rating on this app. Checked it out in Trip Advisor and it had 4.5 rating. Good ole Trip Advisor never lets us down.

Water wonderland
By user-6007617... on 2017-10-23.
Stayed here twice. Great campground. Clean and well maintained. Shady, sandy, level sites with shrubs and trees for privacy. Cable TV worked well but WiFi was poor. Walk to the ocean or intracoastal. Near to St Augustine and Public supermarket nearby. Staff helpful.

North Beach Is one of the Best

We love north beach camp resort, wifi is ok, when it's not we use our hot spot, cable is ok, but then we don't watch a lot of tv while camping, Sites are spacious, sandy but that is to be expected after all you are at the beach. Restrooms are clean, but then again we use pour own. Beautiful sunsets from the onsite pier, and a beach area on the inter coastal there, Aunt Kate's restaurant is next door if you want a good meal with water views, staff are to the most part friendly. Has a nice heated pool year round and a jacuuzi, Have stayed here many times, and will continue to. Love it. Prices are reasonable. Also you are right across from the ocean.

Office help a little curt, upon checking in, in bad rain storm, girl in office made us disconnect car to go thru gate. Why she made us disconnect when people with trailers went thru connected , i cant understand, got sosked and i guess she enjoyed that.

Near ocean
By user-5353701... on 2018-03-14.
This camp is all sand, trees between sites make it feel isolated but it sits between a river and the ocean. There are two restaurants within walking distance. There has been much storm damage and the WiFi stinks. Cable is ok. Not big rig friendly. You have to unhook to drive in the gate.

Love the privacy of the sites but was disappointed with the lack of internet, and the bathhouse was very dated and small. Doubt I will be back.

Beautiful campground that is huge and you would never know it, all the parking spaces are cut into the dense mangrove forest , very large spaces. Walk your dog on the beach - no leashes required if you walk north. We cycled the 5 miles into saint augustine, large Publix supermarket 3 miles down the road, restaurants front back and beside the campground

Really enjoyed it!

Like our own Gilligan s Island. Private and quiet. Steps away from Aunt Kate s, which has delicious she crab soup. We will definitely be back.

Not big rig friendly....

Nice location. ALL SAND and vegetation....no paved areas or patio spots. Sort of tired and in need of an update. Many perms...

Sandy with lots of trees. Both are nice but both can get to be messy. Bath house is old and needs updating. Did not eat at Kate s on site but the Reef restaurant on the ocean just across the street is excellent! Staff is very friendly and gift store has many nice things. Overall it is a bit aged but quiet and clean.
