Nice little park
By user-5025060... on 2017-10-23.
This little park tries very hard to provide good service. It is in the high desert,so there are ants ( least they aren't fire ants)and no see-ums despite a good breeze. The hook-ups are adequate and power seems steady. Water pressure is a tiny bit low but worked. There is a nice play ground for kids, the showers are good. The dog park is graveled, so cleanup is easy. There is a separate small dog and large dog side. There is also a small tent camping area. If coming this way again would stay here. Camped in 42 ft MH with tow.

Great place away from the Moab craziness
By user-5269701... on 2017-10-23.
We wanted to go to the State Park, but the few sights available were too small. I need 34 ft. We were very impressed with the park. Large pull thru sites, clean modern restrooms and showers, and friendly staff. What more could you ask for. Oh yea, the price was only a few $ more than the State Park.

Love this park!
By user-5832070... on 2017-10-23.
We stayed here a week, and would absolutely stay again! Clean park, LOTS of washers and dryers, laundry room was spotless, staff was very friendly and accomodating. We stayed on site #57 in a 44 ft TH. The site was long enough for the rig, with a back patio extended, our truck, a Can Am Spyder, a motorcycle, and still had room to spare. Sites are fairly level, full hook ups, picnic table, and a nice amount of space between sites. Park is very quiet, except for the occasional sound of a few sheep in a pasture nearby, which, I actually enjoyed. This park is the place to stay if you come through Green River!

Fine for an overnight

Nothing special really. Good for an overnight. excellent laundry room. sewer backed up a bit when dumping so keep an eye on it to shutdown the flow.

Nice overnight park
By user-4959826... on 2017-10-23.
We stayed overnight, did laundry and had a pleasant experience. Large park with long pull thru sites for big rigs. Noticed several back in sites had concrete pads, but we're close together.
Nice laundry facility.
Would stay here again

We will never stop here again. Dusty, dirty, no WiFi from your space. We were told to bring our device to the office in order to connect. No thanks, we will find different accommodations next time.

Clean areas. Nancy was very nice and helpful. Showers/bathroom was clean, but reeked of cigarette smoke. Will stay again.

The dog park was the nicest part of this place. The park itself was dusty and ant ridden. Bring your raid.

It was a last minute reservation for us.....and we were pleasantly surprised. It is not fancy, but it's clean, level, nice dog park, very nice laundry, and decent grocery/ gas station. Not packed in like sardines....more like a state park. We would definitely stay again.

Meh
By user-5554433... on 2018-05-17.
Positives - Pull thru sites are extra long. About an hour from Arches, Canyonland, and Dead Horse parks.
Negatives -Park is dusty and a bit neglected. Green River is small with a lot of abandoned, run down buildings. Not a pretty area.
Wish we had paid a little more and stayed closer to Moab.
By user-5855220... on 2018-07-06.
Nice, friendly staff. Pretty tight spots but a good overnight stop. Quiet park if you are into golf the course is next door. Bathrooms were clean, did not use the showers. They gave you buy one get one coupons for the Blimpie and foundation drinks in the store and 3 cent discount on fuel at the store.

Quiet
By user-5913250... on 2018-07-06.
Stayed here a couple times on our last trip. Very descent place to stay. Little dusty but it has been dry. Moab had no campsites available so this was the closest to Arches NP with space available.

One night stand

Stayed 2018-08-04 to 2018-08-05
I do not agree that this place is a gem or great find. It is adequate for one night if you have full time RVer standards but maybe good for more nights if you are just camping and need a place close to some of the recreation areas. If passing thru in the future, I might stay again but I have not checked out the other options.
The receptionist (manager?) was friendly and helpful. There is a small store and book exchange in the office, the attached laundry facility was nice.
The roads are fair, the short- term sites are not asphalt unless they are just covered with years of blowing sand, but they are level. The sites are nice and long but too narrow to put an awning out and shade is not available at most sites.
The sewer connections are at an awkward angle and so close to the ground it makes connecting and draining difficult. I had to dig around mine to be able to make the connection.
I think this place might have been good at one time or could be in the future but it needs work/updating.
The price, even with a GS discount ($43.98 includes tax), is too high for what you get, but that's how a lot of these places are when located close to tourist areas.
We stayed in a 43' motorhome and did not have to disconnect our tow vehicle.

Good stop for overnight
By user-5259249... on 2019-08-09.
Level sites with unusual layout. Room between RVs. Doggy park is a field with weeds & looks like expansion construction. Nice bathrooms & showers. Wifi slow at times. Owners also own gas station & quick market next door. You are given coupon for 3 cents off gas along with B1G1 offers for subs & drinks

Really like this place. Good utilities, dog park, and quiet. Big spaces. Close enough for a day trip to Moab, Arches or Canyonlands but without the Moab crowds or high prices.

Friendly lady at check-in. Level spots, not a lot of space between them. Just a couple miles from interstate. Would stay here again if in the area. Did not check out showers or other area on premises so can t comment.

Laundry washer $4/load. Site long enough for truck 5th wheel and utility trailer. Just room enough for a picnic table between sites but okay for one night.

Gravel roads and gravel site. Sites are long and dead level. Very quiet, nice dog park, kids playground. Didn't use the laundry or showers. Very nice lady in the office. SKP discount is better than Good Sam. Stayed in a motorhome with a towed.
