| Nice clean park
Would definitely stay here again. Not a deluxe park, but everything we needed.
Nice little park. Close to highway so a little noisy. No laundry.

Host was nice on the phone during reservation process and very pleasant in person. Note, Passport America website says discount available during June, July & August the host said they have asked PA to correct this several times, PA discount is not available inJune. They did offer 10% for Good Sam, AAA or military. View from the park is nice. It is right off the highway but that is what earplugs are for. Our space was a long pull through with plenty of room. We had a tree, plot of grass, sidewalk next to the trailer steps, a picnic table, extra parking spot and a very level gravel pad. Location worked very well for us.

New Shower and Restroom Building with convenience and food items available. Hiking and biking trails nearby. Located 2 miles south of downtown Moab. Great views and no mosquitos!
