Cool place with lot of place on each site. People are friendly and you can take grapfruits and oranges from the trees which is cool. Price for a night was 33$ though.
Suspect who ever gave 5 stars either owns the place or is high. This is reportedly the oldest RV park in Tucson and it shows its age. Spaces are small with not much of a pleasant atmosphere and not even a BBQ. It is more like a place for permanent residents in a trailer park, with a few spots to rent. Showers have not been cleaned in ages. Facilities have one toilet and two showers with note on the door saying to deadbolt the door - if one person is showering, no one can use the toilet. Manager was nice and it was relatively quiet. Cost was $33, not $25. Glad we only had to spend one night.
Staff was great. Very helpful and all however the place is really old and needs some TLC (Tender Lovin' Care). With a 27 foot fifth wheel is was really tough to drive through all the cars parked everywhere and the space was real tight. As for the residents (yes, this place is 80% occupied by folks who seem to have lived here for 50 years), they don't say hi when you say hi and seem like they all somewhat have some mental issue. I wouldn't feel safe having my wife walk around after midnight. A few old men lurking...... Sewer drain is simply covered by a brick! Not a threaded PVC pipe plug as i'm used to see elsewhere. I wouldn't stay here again unless i really needed to and there was no other place available.
