Nice, older, but small COE park.
Right on Lake Waco and close to shopping.
We had a big pull through with full hook ups, shaded with a covered picnic table (#31).

Easy to get to but not real easy to make reservation. Nice big spaces with covered picnic table and grill. Easy walk to the lake. I would recommend this park.

COE did a good job on the layout. 50 amp service is in a newer area. Wide open spaces. The Moe established part is on 30 amp. Most of them offer moderate to heavy shade. I had no problems with my 5er (37ft) some spaces had their own challenges overall a nice place. We didn't try the shower house so we can't comment. Would stop in again. Sr pass great deal!

Worse bath house I have ever seen. Not much better than an outhouse. Grounds unkept. Good boat ramp. Gates locked at 10 pm soon late dinners in town. No one to call to let you in. Sleep in the car tonight.

Park nice bathhouse terrible

The park is beautiful nice size spaces but if you need/want to use the facilities have second thoughts. Door to the shower in men's room busted off, windows broken out on ladies side and no one cleans. It got cold and no heat in the bathrooms.

Not as pristine as most COE parks, but still nice. One bath house for park, which could use a paint job and heavy duty cleaning. Fire pit had a lot of ash from previous people. Some road noise. Some sites are unlevel. Beautiful sunset over the water.

Not your usual pristine COE campground, but nice. Pros:. Easy to get to, good Verizon signal, good OTA TV, nice shade trees, beautiful sunset over the lake. Cons: no laundry facilities, bathrooms could use a coat of paint, some sites unlevel or backing in up hill, pull thrus are close together and near busy highway, some road noise.

I love this place!!!!!! Great place for an overnight the staff was friendly, the occupants were very nice, beautiful scenery, easy access, I would definitely stay here again. I don t agree with some of the bad reviews
