We are near the middle of a one month stay and I have nothing but good things to say about this park. We are staying in the adult only side of the park in a premium site, very happy with the choice. As mentioned in other reviews, there are some more permanent residents who work in the area and leave for work early. We have not found this to be a bother and everyone seems to be sensitive to others staying in the park and leave quietly. The park is extremely well maintained with staff constantly cruising the park to ensure it is clean and any problems are addressed. Pools are kept clean as well, and having the choice of three different pools is superb. One of the best things about this park is its proximity to shopping, restaurants and activities for young and old. The Kemah Boardwalk is an easy walk away, as is Target, Home Depot, Walmart and ALDI. By staying for a month the rate worked out to roughly $24 / night. Electrical is extra on a one month stay. Seems to be good value to me. We stayed in a 37' motorhome in a back-in site and there is enough room for our towed vehicle directly out front of our unit. Sites are level, if anything they have a slight slant towards the water at the end of the park. Nothing levelers can't handle. We will definitely come and stay here again.

Easy after hours pick-up of papers for site with reservations. On the high side in cost. We paid $65 a night for a pull-thru. Was nice having a paved site with green grass between but the sites are kind of close to each other. They have a decent fitness center that I wished I could have made myself use. Wifi wasn't good and AT&T LTE was slow. They have an adult only section and pool, which is nice for those not traveling with kids. Home Depot and Target are about are .6 mile walk away. Was super close to family that we were visiting so would definitely stay again.

We have been going here for years. This is a very clean and nice place. It is also close to Kemah Boardwalk. Has 3 different pools also.

My biggest problem with the place is the reservation policy. You pay the full price when you reserve and no refunds.

Great location and well maintained with super bathrooms . Packed in , not enough room to extend awning , long termers wandering around with beer allowing off leash dogs to leave deposits everywhere , crazy price $97 .

We found Marina Bay to be over priced. The manager has her nose in the air. It is the only RV resort we have ever been denied use of the clubhouse. Their reason? It is reserved for special events and rallies. When one is paying the exorbitant fees they charge the clubhouse should be open for use. There are other parks in the area with comparable amenities for a lot less money and better attitudes.

Rented space based on online photos. Paid for a month stay plus electric deposit up front ($812.00). Was promised there would be plenty of room to park 2 vehicles at space and told them my RV was 42ft long. Arrived on site to a pad that was too short for our RV. Could not park 1 car, let alone 2. Space was so tight we couldn t even open our slides. Ended up staying in a hotel. Talked to staff the next day and was told they really didn t have any spaces big enough for me and that she would get the manager to refund my money the next day. We rented somewhere else and then they REFUSED to refund my money!!!!! Very rude and took $662 from us
