Not pet friendly
By user-4846580... on 2018-06-27.
Although the staff is very nice and provide good cystoner service, they are not very accommodating when it comes to your pets. There is no dog walking in the campground so you have to drive your pet out to the pet area. This makes it difficult if you are flat towing since you have to unhook to be able to drive the 1/2 mile to get to the pet area.

Priced Right.

People shouldn't do a review if they don't stop and actually see the park. Yes, there is a dog walk area away about a quarter mile away from our beautiful pull-through. You can keep your dog outside in your camping site. Our 65 pound pooch loved the large grass area around our rv. This is one of the nicest parks we have stayed at in the last 6 months on the road. Super clean and economical laundry. Line voltage of 115 VAC with a/c on. Water tastes good. Stayed 4 nights. Will definitely come back.

Great spot unless with dogs

Lovely park, friendly people. We won't be back because of their pet policy. You can't walk your dog in park. Must drive down to dumpster area.

Good experience for us
By user-6362052... on 2018-06-27.
Great location and quiet area; middle of farm country but easy interstate access to greater Cleveland. Nice large sites. We stayed in 151 among the large transient pull throughs. Plenty of trees but clear satellite access. Did not use cable TV or wifi. Hookups in good spot relative to site; didnt need to stretch too far for water or electric. Could use some work on roads and gravel at site. Free wifi at office only; in campground it is a pay service. We stayed for 2 weeks in early May 2015. Would stay again.

Wish I had read these first. We are stuck here for 5 days with our pet who is not going to be happy nor are we. Never heard of not allowing you to walk your dog! Just say no dogs.....

NOT PET FRIENDLY!!!

This is beyond STUPID! Drive 1/2 mile to walk a dog?!?!? A HUGE THANK YOU to the people who warned us off. We stayed elsewhere. This park should remove the "Pets allowed" symbol altogether.

RU kidding me?
By user-5867962... on 2018-06-27.
So, you want us to unhook our truck camper 3-4 times a day so we can drive our big dog to the pet exercise area??? Unbelievable.!!

A park with several seasonal residents. Nice amenities. WiFi is not strong.!

Beautiful setting
By user-4882717... on 2018-07-06.
Clean and organized. Mostly long term campers who have their campers nicely landscaped. Friendly but has a strange dog walking policy. The park could benefit by having a gated dog area for the dogs to run since walking is prohibited. We had a large site where we didn't have to disconnect our tow. One shower house. Saturday night activities are rather loud. Nice stay and would come again.

No dog walking in park
By user-unknown on 2019-08-09.
If you travel with a dog, note you cannot take your dog off your lot - unless in a vehicle for transport to the dog park area. Shower house restroom walls only about 4.5 tall between stalls - toilets took many flushes to clear on women s side. Mostly seasonal lots and many had very overgrown lawns. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Cute camp store with limited items - but beer stocked in cooler!

No disappointment here - while it is a large park, you won't be too close to your neighbor. The pool area is immaculate (extremely clean, comfortable water temp) which we normally don't use but coudn't resist. There is a separate "kiddy pool" that would be nice for the mini-people. No dogs means no barking, no poop, no problem (we love dogs - just don't like some irresponsible dog people). Two huge fishing ponds (made you feel like you were camping next to a lake), great camp store, flat long sites (ours was a pull-through) and close to lots of things (Medina is great for shopping, Amish country, Canton and Lake Erie/Cleveland). Very quiet at night (and day), privacy is wonderful. WONDERFUL free wifi - no cable tv but we got over 35 air channels! We will come back next year and stay longer!
