Cheap, close to strip shuttle, noisy, no wifi

It's cheap. Strip shuttle in walk distance (a few blocks away) ($8 for 24h hop-on hop-off). Directly next to interstate and firefighter station. But we got some sleep.
Showers good.
No wifi provided. Some open wifi's are available, but weak. You need to look for a parkingspot with reception.
With Security guard/patrol.
It's worth the price and good for only a couple of days.

Parking lot camping.

Water, sewer & electric on a parking lot space. Freeway overhead provides plenty of traffic sound. A block from Main Street Station Casino. A couple blocks from Fremont Street Experience. Musicians, overhead light show, a zip-line run and alot of tourists. They say they don't have monthly rates but our neighbors were from Canada and come down for the winter every year and stay here with a monthly rate. They said you have to ask the right person in hotel mgmt to get it. Otherwise it is a 2 week max if I remember right. Overall it's an easy stop on the way. People are nice and Security patrols regularly.

A Lot for the Price

A bit hard to find but worth it. Security is good. Clean place, hot top, trash receptacles, laundry with exceptionally hot water. Several sized sites. Dog walking area is under the highway on the way to hotel,but, fenced, small gravel with pick up tools and container which gets emptied. They do charge extra and only 2 small dogs but they did allow our 1 lab. Walking distance of Fremont area. The guest hotel has great craft beer and great food in the buffet and restaurant. We would stay again!

Black top parking lot

This is a parking lot right under a highway half a block away you have people sleeping on the sidewalk very poor area. We felt very uncomfortable and did not enjoy our stay we left one in the morning to get away from it.

We stayed one night and the spots were level and the staff was friendly. The main street station casino was nice and had a great brewery restaurant, also this is within a short walk from Fremont st which is pretty awesome. I would rate higher if they had wifi and I'll likely stay again sometime. Here in Vegas we've had a hard time finding a place that will take an older rv (89 bounder) and kids and pets so we were grateful to be welcome here.

Stayed one night thinking we couldn't beat price and location. Entry way does not have a gate and there is no office or cameras. Bike tires and handles were stolen from us while bike locked on the back of the RV.

RV park all tar not animal friendly. Smelled like sewer. Bathrooms were filthly large hair balls 2 days in row in bath never swept would never stay again sites on top of each other ever told us Men's is Pom was being renovated and had to use pots pottyComplained to management sorry was all we got

Good location basic parking lot .
No gate or physical security, occasion ride through by security guard .
Lots of long term residents but booking staff and front desk in hotel refuse to give weekly rate !!!!!

You get what you pay for and less than you expect

Pool is at the California tiny pool. One huge open parking lot with out dated rules on the cards and very rude staff. Go to the roadrunner if your looking for a good deal and a safer/nicer place to stay.

$24 for large RV spots. Fairly windy. Very close parking. Sewer smell is bad. Distance to check-in desk is a 7-min walk across street to get utility access cards. Friendly desk.

Not sure what some of the reviews thought they were getting for $21.00 in Vegas!! Yes it's a parking lot, yes there is a highway nearby, where in Vegas is there not noise!! We felt really safe and enjoyed our 3 nights there. The bathrooms have been completely remodeled and look great. It is literally. 7 minute walk to Freemont Street and a 3 minute walk to the hotel desk. You just need to go thru the hotels parking lot near the rv parks bathrooms. I suspect other people followed the road and walk completely around the block. Place was quiet, it did look like people where there longer then 2 weeks?? Security does a drive thru every hour or so.

We stopped here for 1 nite and got an excellent spot with some shade. Ya, it's a big parking lot but the restroom are A+. Short wall over to casino/hotel to pay for spot but at $22/nite it was well worth it. Had full access to casino w/o resort fees. Ate at hotel eatery and it was reasonable.

$19 per night. It is a parking lot with a freeway over head but it wasn't that loud through the night. Was a bit sceptical about how safe it was when we pulled in but there were no issues. The bathrooms were really nice.
