| Nice, well run campground

We stayed here almost a week. Everything is neat and well kept. Sites are gravel and level. Bathroom facilities are good, playground and pool excellent, tables provided and fire rings upon request. Nice two-part dog park. Lovely couple who run the store, take reservations and escort you to your site. Our table broke while we were here... we requested a new one at the office. The old one was removed and the new one was in place before we could even get back to our site!! That is service! This is a busy park...but people are friendly and courteous. Yes, there is a little freeway noise and the wifi is not the greatest...but you are CAMPING people! If you want perfection stay home....if you want perfectly quiet go to a forest. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would return anytime. We camped in a 5th wheel.

Easy access, clean, level sites and all the facilities you could ask for. Location works although hear highway. All good.

| Poor power and WiFi

Power (30 amp) fluxuated from 104 to 117, driving our inverter nuts. WiFi worked ok till about 8 then no data transfer, even with strong signal. Verizon to the rescue with 3 bars. Sites mostly level and clean, but a bit tight. Some shade, but not full. An expensive stop over spot, but most other campgrounds were full.

A nice KOA located right off I-90 between Madison and Milwaukee. The park is organized in a fan configuration with the majority of the sites as pull through. There were an even mix of short term visitors and longer term residents. The sites and roads are gravel. Each site has a picnic table in the grass area between the sites. The sites are barely long enough for a big rig and tow if you park parallel to the road in front of your rig. The staff was very nice and easy to work with and the bonus was the wifi worked well. .

Tight spaces, narrow roads, our space had septic tank/sewer odors. Ok for a one night stay.

| Terrible KOA

Spaces too tight for larger RVs. Campground worker guiding a unit to park allowed the tail swing to smash the front of our new motorhome. Owner of KOA came out and never even apologized. Sewer connections are too high, you must lift your sewer pipe to help dump. Cars parked behind rigs where the lanes aren't wide enough force rigs to squeeze between rigs to exit. I would avoid this park. It is by far the worst campground we've ever been in.

Just spent the long memorial weekend at the madison KOA in Deforest Wi. Very convenient to the Madison area , about a mile from I 39 so there was slight highway noise. Lots of fast food within walking distance as well as a cheese shop. Nice folks run it lots of rules but they were ok w my rug and canopy( just check first). Relatively level, enough room for your stuff sites. Small pool, park, and a few kid activities like a hayride. Camp store has stuff when you re in a pinch. They escort u to your site and bring out a fire ring on request w wood purchase. Really good WiFi -I ll go back. at Madison KOA.

Great pull through however it was gravel. We were 40 and towing. Clean and organized.
