Campground A does have more traffic noise, but Campground B has only 30 amp so if you want 50 amp, get a spot in section A. Campground B overlooks the Red River with mostly a clear view for satellite. In A, you'll only get good satellite from sites A-1, 2, 3, 4... maybe 5. Sites 2 and 3 share a tree towards the front of the sites with low enough branches that are a problem if your rig is taller than 11 feet. The asphalt in the A sites is in poor condition. Other than these minor issues it's a nice park.
Nice well kept park. Has bike and walking trails. ADA Playgrounds, bike rentals, on the Red River. I saw a spot where you can launch canoes or kayaks. 47 sites with electric & water. Lots of space for tents. There are showers & Rest rooms. Lots of highway noise in campground A. B & C would be quieter.
Only 50 amp hookups are in section A. While the rest of the park and campsites in “B” are nice, “A” is sorely lacking. Sites are tight, eating areas have poor grass and are small. This section looks unkempt compared to the rest of the park. Think it’s a little overpriced at $35/night
