Ted Blake for Lamb City provided all the info we needed for a cold weather stay the first weekend in November. They were not able to provide water and sewer hookup because of the cold but parked us near the shower house where there are showers, laundry and a freeze proof water connection to fill our tank. Electric hookup, Wifi, cable tv connection and access pass for the security gate as well as a convenient dump station. Good sized level lots several are pull trough. We really want to return to this campground during warm weather to make use of the many amenities. Nice park and nice people.

We come here regularly very family friendly with plenty of kids, which is why im giving 4 and not 5 stars due to many gulf carts flying through on Saturday night way to fast with that many kids and plenty of them with open containers.
