| Nice place
We had a wonderful time during our stay at Lake in Wood. The staff was friendly, grounds were well-kept (the various themed rental units made for a fun tour to look at.....several times), the playground was clean and modern, our site and those around us were extraordinarily spacious and grassy, and the indoor pool is an excellent touch for the spring months. We didn't use any of the bath houses so I can't comment on those, with the exception of the bathrooms in the game room - they were updated and clean. The miniature golf course was lacking from an adult's perspective, but our kids enjoyed it. We enjoyed our visit enough that we added on an additional night to our stay. The one thing I will caution is if you visit during the week, be prepared to listen to the quarry from the early morning hours through dinner. That was the only complaint we had.

Truly glamping at it s best. Indoor/outdoor adult pool, two kid s pools and hot tub. Grounds, bath houses and public areas (game room, cafe, camp store) are immaculately kept. Plenty to do ($) or just a beautiful spot to relax at. You will not be disappointed! Note: This campground is quite large. I would recommend bringing bikes or renting a golf cart to get around.
| Friendly and Well Kept
Nice relaxing, shaded and well maintained campground. Has a lot of seasonal sites. Some neat rentals. Nice size lake. Cafe is cute. Found the staff to be friendly. The gravel sites are nice and drains well when it rains.
