Too many dogs (owner's) running loose. No WiFi, no cable, but nice lake side setting. Electric included with rate.
| Secluded Privacy
Very secure park, owners live on premise. Beautiful Dog park. Property is located on the lake so its very relaxing and very quiet. They have long term tenants and short term tenants and they all love to fish and boat. It is true there is no WIFI or cable but they are out of any city limits. Wifi is way to expensive out there at other parks on the lake. Its much cheaper to use the hot spot on your phone. We have a satellite on our motor home and had no issues at all picking up direct tv. I notice everyone is swithing to the portable satellite, ah techknowledgy! Great groups of fishing tournaments made it very interesting. People from all over Texas join up for the long weekend fish and have fun
