We were impressed with this diamond in the rough. Clean,quiet,remote. For being a county run facility, they have done quite well. The lots are shaded and spacious. The only drawback is they only have one bath house. This would not normally be a problem except during crowed holiday times. The pool is exceptional. Fishing lake is nice! It's about 10 miles from downtown Lexington proper on a twisty narrow county road so big rigs beware! Might not be the best place for the pushers and the monster 5th wheels.
