| Best location in havasu
We winter here 5 months. Love the resort,location and most of all, all the friends we have here. Kept up and maintained better than any other park in area. Not a senior only resort.
| Great place to stay.
This is an exceptional RV park. Very clean and updated. Lots of activities so no need to leave the park. All the people here are so friendly. One office staff person could improve on the "friendly meter".

Over priced 76. Wow motel is only 65. Down the same street ...made me fill like it was a gift from them to let me stay there Not going back ever! Super nice sites down Parker way on the water for 20. Full hookups
