| Ideal Location, but not so clean campground

Campground is ideal to Six Flags, about 5 mins away and Sesame Place, about 40 mins away. Jackson Outlets are 5 mins down the road and Fleurys homemade ice cream shop (only homemade ice cream in Jackson so double check the name) is about 15 mins away. Grocery store- Stop & Save and Shop Rite are also about 15 mins away on County Line Rd. Campsites are wooded and nice size. The roads are sand, so all the sand comes into your RV or tent, which is a hassle. The bathrooms are fine; not cleaned daily but not buggy. The lights don't all work and they are motion censored, so you might have a dark shower (stay in shower stall closest to toilets for the best lighting). Plenty of hot water though, after you figure out how to work the faucet. The pool is large and half of it is 3 ft and the other half is 5-6 ft. It is gated and sunny, so the water is warm. There's a large metal playground and a smaller play area (with plastic slides and houses) for younger children. There's a wooded area with gazebo and picnic benches next to the pool for lunch. Pool hours are 11-6 daily. There's also a dog park for camping friendly dogs. I'd return to this campground for the sole purpose of going to Six Flags or Sesame Place (this is the closest campground around). If you're looking for a relaxing weekend, just staying at your campsite, find some place else. While there's mini golf ($2 per camper), horseshoe pits, basketball, volleyball, and pool, the campground doesn't have cable or (working) wifi in most areas.

Family owned for generation's, both sisters were great and friendly. Best place and convenient. Pool is really nice, plenty to do. Can't wait to go back.

Overpriced for what you get....no WiFi, really rough dirt roads and iffy spots in a heavily wooded area
