Homestead Campground

We are on our second stay here. This is not a 5-Star campground, but we do not look for 5-Star. Definitely meets all our needs and is quiet and homey. The owner is very accommodating and works hard to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. All other campers we run into here are good folks, and also enjoy staying here. Would I change anything if I had a magic wand.... Sure. But the bathhouse facilities and laundry are quite sufficient when I want a change from the tiny shower in my RV. Overall, very pleased. I plan on staying here anytime we are in the area.

The site was very nice. It had all the amenities at a great price and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend to all my friends and will definitely visit again. The roads are a little bit winding but once you arrive at the site it was a great stay. They even have cable included in the price.

Needed a night's trial run with a new to us Super C. Quiet park, good sites. Large, open field with fun playground for the kids to run around. Pool was not open yet. Small walking trail with creek. Definitely an older campground but clean, though small, restrooms. Nice owner.
