I live in Charlotte (only an hour away) and this is my favorite place to sneak away. I usually stay for 2-3 nights and try my best to get lots 1 or 4 which are lake front; too small for large rigs but perfect for my 24 ft Class C. There are many other spots for all sizes. You can rent a pontoon, bring your own boat or just fish off the dock. Cute little ice cream and sandwich shop (seasonal), camp store, swimming pool and playground.

We live close by also. It s been a few years since we ve been here but each time we were there was great ! One time we rented a pontoon boat for the day that was a plus! Nice, clean place and friendly people. Can t wait to return soon!
