We stayed here a few nights ago on our way down to LA. We called them in the afternoon to make a reservation for one night. The woman on the phone was really friendly and booked us an overnight spot with electricity and water. We came in after the office was closed but there was an envelope with our name on it to guide us to our spot. We used the free showers, they where really big and clean. Might stay there on the way back. We payed 67 dollar for 1 night
There aren't many options in the area so despite bad online reviews we booked. Lady in the office very nice. Great first impression. Went downhill after that. Tight spaces. No grass, just this fine dust that gets on everything. Not the park's fault, but they are building a hotel next door. Our spot was right by the construction area, including beautiful view of port-potties. I think the other side of the park (right side, when driving in) is nicer. I think had we gotten a spot on that side our general impression would have been slightly more positive. Expensive rates
Pulled in, looked around and left. Rigs on top of each other. Dusty gravel lot.
