Friendly place to stay
By user-5099751... on 2018-07-04.
Best place to stay for snowbirds. We have stayed 2 years in a row and our plans are to go back again this year. We have made more friends here than home

Lots of room!
By user-5797995... on 2018-07-04.
We loved it here! The spaces are huge and there are trees! We felt like we could breathe and have room to move. These are grass sites which we prefer, but each one does have a concrete dining pad. The regulars that were there were all so nice and friendly!!! It is kind of out away from things, so you will have to drive, but for the price it was worth it.

Great place for overnight or a week, not a bad space in the park, clean bathrooms. We will be staying here again.

What a treasure
By user-6359430... on 2018-07-04.
Stumbled on this resort by accident and what a great find. Large, level grass sites with cement patios. Two laundry rooms and very clean restrooms. Would return.

Great Value

Stayed 2018-10-20 to 2018-10-21
Excellent park for a short to medium stay. Nice pool, bathhouse/laundry (credit card, $2.50 or $2.00 wash, $2.00 dry, large machines), and good, free wi-fi. Good water pressure and steady 110 volt electrical. Full hookup site, with cable, for $27.00 Good Sam rate, $30.00 otherwise. Large grass sites with concrete patio and picnic table. Park was clean, neat and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Note: Your GPS may indicate a u-turn required for entry to park from southbound route 19. This is incorrect. There is direct access via a left turn lane from 19 south into the park entrance.

Couldn't Ask for More

We stopped overnight. Very cordial staff, very inexpensive for 50A pull-through site ($27). The grounds are immaculate, very easy access for our 40' coach. Bathrooms and pool were very clean and kept up. Don't think you could really expect more. A+

Not Big Rig friendly
By user-5386974... on 2019-08-09.
Stayed 2019-03-29 to 2019-03-04
First the good. Staff are very nice and the sites are big. Now the bad. This is not the place to stay if you are a big rig. They advertise they are big rig friendly but they are not. We sunk in the site they stated we would be ok in, sugar sand. In fact serval RVers got stuck. They did comp us after we found out they had compensated other folks. We had requested twice. Also asked to speak to the owners (Summit Communities) but was told they could not provided us their contact number. This company knows nothing about running or maintaining rv parks. They do not listen to staff regarding changes, ie lime rock on top of sand so you will not sink. I did finally make contact with Summit after many phone calls. They had no explanation regarding their problems. I will not stay at Summit rv parks.

Stayed 4 days. The staff was awesome. The park well maintained laundry excellent, large sites. The only negative is noseeums, however that is common on the Florida gulf coast. Will return for sure.
