Wonderful staff, quiet, not that big, but good spots. CATV decent, wireless slow, but adequate. Overall excellent spot.

Stayed late July 2016. Grounds clean, lots level but a tad too close for our liking. Clean facilities, friendly staff, nice swimming pool, dog friendly. Will definitely use again. Thanks.

| Small but well maintained

Small campground but a nice place to stop for overnight or while touring Fredericksburg. The road leading into the camp ground is narrow with no shoulder. Most of the sites are wooded with a few in the open for satellite reception. The park is nicely maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Nicest camp store I have seen. The dog park is dirt and could stand some mulch. I would guess that when it rains it is a mud pit. Fairly easy to access off of I95.

Nice campground and conveniently located off of 95. Staff is very friendly, campground was well laid out with a pool, some activities, and a fishing pond. I stayed on site 94 with the patio which was very well maintained and level. FHU worked great. Overall very satisfied with the friendly staff and campground.

Driving through needed a place to spend the night. Wow!!! What a beautiful place! Super nice staff. Very well maintained. We will definitely be back!

I can see how this campground wins awards. It is almost spotless. I would recommend it to anyone. The bathrooms, showers, pond, pool and store are fantastic. All camp hosts and office personal were pleasant, and helpful to any of our needs. Worth a longer visit.

Stayed 3 nights while seeing historic sites in the area. Clean showers. Great laundry. Beautiful setting in the woods. Would definitely return if in the area and that s saying something since I usually avoid KOAs.
